Who are Rock Creek Partners?

Rock Creek Partners is an experience based, client focused advisory firm serving both banks and credit unions, as well as investors. Our approach is shaped by what we have learned leading inside these institutions and by what clients told us they value most from advisors.

Many firms advise from the outside in. We have built careers inside operating roles; leading balance sheet management and liquidity, chairing ALCO and liquidity crisis teams, developing derivatives and investment strategies, and working directly with regulators to navigate and resolve complex matters.

Colleagues and clients have long asked us for perspective and hands on help. Rock Creek Partners is our response: practical advice grounded in lived experience, delivered by senior practitioners.

Our expertise in balance sheet management, liquidity, regulatory readiness, and depository strategy sets us apart. While based in the greater Washington, D.C. area, we work with clients nationwide and travel as needed to support.
